Upgrading

Upgrade the Homebrew package, then repair endpoint configuration if you need to reapply service files or telemetry settings: 
brew update
brew upgrade beacon
beacon endpoint repair

Endpoint telemetry

Configure the local endpoint agent, harnesses, and content retention.

beacon mcp

Expose local Beacon activity through MCP after upgrading to v0.0.23 or newer.

beacon endpoint repair

Reapply service files and telemetry configuration.
